Amber Latimer went Above and Beyond as our Realtor. We worked with Amber for a couple years. She was determined to find the perfect house for my wife and me. We started our search during the worst of the pandemic. That meant we went for months without looking. Amber though never forgot about us. Finally when we’re able to plan our move to northwest Arkansas, Amber got busy. She always had us feeling like we were her only clients. While we were still a thousand miles away, Amber found us a perfect home. She found it on a cold and wet day in January. She sent us a video of 3 different houses. But she was really drawn to the house we simply fell in love with. Amber worked closely with the builder to make sure everything stayed on track since we lived so far away. I could not have asked for a better person to help me get a home. James not only jumped on every moment i wanted to see a home, but everything beyond just looking at a home. From contacting owners, to filing paperwork, to just getting the ball rolling, it was done quickly out of my interest. I'm a first time home buyer and honestly had no idea what i was doing. So this may be normal for some folks but i was really grateful for all the explanations of how things worked and what I needed to do/get. In the end, I was able to get the perfect home thanks to James' diligence. There were many other people looking at this home. The VERY moment the previous offer of this home fell through, he contacted me, and we had it the very next day. However, James bent over backwards to help us get our home sold and purchase a new home we love. From legal issues, intense situations dealing with prospective buyers and their realtors, I could write a case study on what happened to us. Jared gladly took us on as clients and showed us several homes. He was patient and quick to get us answers. After looking at multiple options and seeing houses we liked sell fast, we finally put an offer on a home, the sellers counter offered and Kim and I decided it just wasn’t our time to purchase. I remember we were talking on our balcony and agreed that we would put this on pause until work slowed down. Funny enough while we were in the middle of that conversation Jared text me about a house off market to look at! Turns out that was the house for us. I’ve been extremely busy with work this season, often times feeling overwhelmed or distracted, Jared was able to work around my schedule and was quick to bring any home to our attention that met our criteria. Early in November our family discovered our poor nephew had aggressive cancer throughout his body, Kim and I dropped everything and went to stay in Little Rock with my brother and his wife while thier son was getting treatment. At the moment nothing else really mattered, work, clients calling, money, even this house was put on hold… Jared give us space, checked in on us, didn’t ask about the house, he just wanted to help. What a humble and generous posture. I knew full well he has spent days working with us and he didn’t put any pressure or eagerness to close this transaction.
