Jared gladly took us on as clients and showed us several homes. He was patient and quick to get us answers. After looking at multiple options and seeing houses we liked sell fast, we finally put an offer on a home, the sellers counter offered and Kim and I decided it just wasn’t our time to purchase. I remember we were talking on our balcony and agreed that we would put this on pause until work slowed down.
